Mrs. Priscilla Jean Dyer passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 at her residence in Smithville. She was a member of the Center Hill Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Mrs. Dyer was born on November 19, 1937 in Huntsville, AL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Tatum & Thelma Pollard Cates, husband, Gordan Dyer, 2 great-grandchildren, Paislee Cripps and Jessie Martin, 2 brothers, Roy and Junior Pollard and sister, Earlene Pollard.
Visitation with the Dyer family will be on Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the service time at 1:00 pm. Bro. Dewey Dyer will be officiating and burial will be in Odd Fellow Cemetery in Baxter, TN.
Survivors include, 3 sons, Larry (Shirley) Dyer of Smithville, Gary (Jean) Dyer of Woodbury and Terry (Tammy) Dyer of Charleston, TN, 1 daughter, Melissa (John) Mingle of Smithville, 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren also survive.
