Mr. Gregory Lee Herron, Sr. age 64 of Smithville, TN passed away Thursday morning, July 29, 2021 at Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville.
Mr. Herron was born on October 9, 1956 in Smithville, TN to his parents, the late Everett & Virginia Redmon Herron. Also preceding him in death was the mother of his child, Letitia Haas Herron, a sister, Nancy Matthews & a brother, Russell Herron. He was retired from TVA as a Lineman and attended the Refuge Church. Gregory was a Manager of the 1997 Sr. League Baseball State Champions and he was a proud Tennessee Vols fan.
Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Herron are being planned and will be announced at a later time.
Survivors include his Wife, Lisa Hale Herron of Smithville, TN. Son, Gregory Lee (Chrishanna) Herron, Jr. of Smithville, TN. Daughter, Kailey Herron of Smithville, TN. Grandchildren, Dedrick Herron, India Herron & Nevaeh Herron. Step Grandchildren, Evan Prichard, Izzy Prichard & Charley Prichard. Brother, Eddie (Shelia) Herron of Smithville, TN. Several Nieces & Nephews also survive.
