Enoch Lee “Hoss Man” Brown age 50 of Smithville passed away Tuesday night November 30,2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born April 2,1971 to his parents the late, J. B. and Margie Hammock Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, John Rickey Brown, Roscoe J. Brown, Lonnie Lee Brown and Carl Freeman Brown; sisters, Jean Brown McCormick and Judy Brown. Mr. Brown was a nursery worker and worked in meat department. He is survived by his wife, Holly Brown of Smithville; son, Austin Brown of Smithville; brothers, Bruce Brown, Glenn (Vonda) Brown, and Curtis Brown all of Smithville; sister, Dorothy Sanders of Smithville; many nieces and nephews also survive; special cousin, Lisa Campbell. Funeral service will be 2:30 PM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Family and Friends officiating and burial to follow in DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 12:Noon until 2:30PM. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations may be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. The funeral home lounge is closed at this time and no food or drinks are allowed in the funeral home. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
