- Began Scanning and transmitting ALL daily transactions, acceptable by the state
- Established ability through tncountyclerk.com for our citizens to complete online Service applications such as Business license, Marriage license and Notary. Marriage search, Business list search, vehicle sales tax calculator, County Commission meetings and much more available.
- Issue hunting and fishing licenses. Assist with new TWRA vessel applications and issue renewals.
- Provide same day duplicate titles.
- Complete online driver’s license renewal, address change, Handgun permit renewal and assist with re-instatement procedures.
- Complete online filing for Federal HVUT requirements, 2290 form and obtain FEIN numbers.
- Complete filing and payment for sales and use tax with TN Department of Revenue.
- Complete filing and payment for business tax renewal or closure with Department of Revenue.
- Relocated Driver’s License Kiosk in our office to better serve customers and maintain Kiosk.
- Computerized County Commission meetings from 1882 forward; Now up to date, searchable, viewable and printable online. (tncountyclerk.com)
- Vehicle registration renewal Kiosk Installed onsite, outside office. Provides 24/7 renewal service for most vehicles, including ALL weekends and holidays. (Acquired without new money or budget increase)
