Stephanie Lynne Baldacchino, age 49, of Cookeville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 after a long battle with M.S.

Mrs. Baldacchino was born April 20, 1976 in Red Bank, NJ, a daughter of Michael Baldacchino and Sandi Stone Baldacchino Smith.

Mrs. Baldacchino is survived by Daughter; Kaia (Diego) Coronado of Smithville, TN. Brother; Christopher Baldacchino of NJ. Grandchildren; Oaklynn Coronado and Madilynn Kate Coronado. Father; Michael (Dawn) Baldacchino. Mother; Sandi (Louis Zeller) Smyth. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold private services at a later date.

Larry Wilson McKinney

Larry Wilson McKinney was born in Carthage on May 23,1959 to his parents, Clyde and Irene (Highers) McKinney and passed away peacefully in his home on May 26, 2025. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Janet Harris, Tommy McKinney and Joe McKinney. Larry was known for his humor and his love for fishing. He grew up up surrounded by a strong and loving family. On June 20 he married the love of his life, Anna Fay (Law) McKinney. Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years Fay and his children, Keith (Amber) McKinney of Buffalo Valley, Heather (Thad) Underwood of Sykes and Kandi (Shayne) Ray of Alexandria. He was proud grandfather to 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Linda (Terry) Hale of Gordonsville, Johnny (Vicki) McKinney of Gordonsville, Emily West of Hartsville, Cindy York of Westmoreland and Penny Dillehay of Lafayette.

Visitation with the family will be May 31,2025 at West Main Baptist Church in Alexandria From Noon till service time at 2

In lieu of flowers the Family has requested that donations may be made to The DeKalb County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) or Lighthouse Christian Camp.

Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria is in charge of the arrangements.



Bonnie Summers

Bonnie Summers age 92 of Smithville passed away Thursday morning May 29, 2025, at NHC of Smithville. She was born September 16, 1932, to her parents the late Charlie and Della Irene Howell Goodwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons, Michael Stoglin and Johnny Stoglin; daughter, Cynthia Diane Allen; great-great-grandchild, Jathan Craven; and 9 siblings. Ms. Summers attended Bethel Freewill Baptist Church and worked as a Seamstress at the Shirt Factory. She is survived by 2 sons, Ronnie (Veronica) Stoglin of Soddy Daisy, and Randy (Tammy) Summers of Smithville; grandchildren, Amy (Brian) Craven, Taylor (Gage) Brown, Johnathan (Allison) Allen, Jeremy Jackson, Jenniffer Stoglin, Allen Stoglin, Eric Stoglin and Carrie Stoglin; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; son-in-law, Dwayne Allen; brother, Charles (Corlis) Goodwin; sisters Dorothy Hutchins, and Linda (Dewey) Pittman. Graveside services and interment will be 2 PM Sunday June 1, 2025, at DeKalb Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bobby Thomason officiating. There will not be any visitation or services held at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at DeKalb Memorial Gardens for the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in memory of Ms. Bonnie. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Summers family.
