Michael Thomas Agee age 61 of Smithville, passed away Sunday December 27, 2020 at his residence. He was born April 19, 1959 to his parents, the late Thomas Eugene and Clara Willerby Agee. He was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Regenia Agee of Smithville; 2 brothers, Sam and Kenny Agee both of Plymouth, Indiana; 3 step-grandchildren, Travis, Hanna and Gracie Chambers. The family has chose a direct cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Knox, Indiana. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Repsie Pedigo, age 72 of McMinnville, TN passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Pedigo was born on August 11, 1948 in Smithville, TN to his parents, the late Martin and Mary Alice Pedigo. Also preceding him in death is a brother, Ronald Pedigo. He was self employed, a member of Smithville Church of God, and an Army veteran.
A graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 1pm at DeKalb Memorial Gardens where burial will follow. Due to Covid 19 precautions, social distance measures will be observed.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Linda Winchester Pedigo; 1 son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Valeisha Pedigo of Smithville; 1 daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Brian Cantrell of McMinnville; 5 grandchildren: Matthew Siles, Daniel Blake, Eli Cantrell, Andrea Cantrell, and Lizbeth Pedigo; 4 Brothers: Ralph and Loretta Pedigo of Chattanooga, Roy Lee and Melba Pedigo of Smithville, Richard Pedigo of Texas, and Rex and Sepal Pedigo of McMinnville; 3 Sisters: Ruby Jones of Smithville, Rose Duncan of Illinois, and Renda and John Lavin of Kentucky; Several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Smithville Church of God building fund.

Mrs. Rosie Swindell Cox Pedigo, age 78 of Smithville, TN passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at NHC of Smithville, TN.
Mrs. Pedigo was born on April 28, 1942 in Sparta, TN to her parents, the late Charley & Martha Harris Swindell. Also preceding her in death is a daughter, Priscilla Lattimore & a grandson, Greg Page. She was retired from NHC Healthcare as a CNA and was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 1pm from the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 3-8pm & on Tuesday from 9am until the service time at 1pm. Due to Covid 19 precautions, social distance measures will be observed. We are not accepting food in our kitchen facilities at this time.
Survivors include 5 Daughters, Phyllis Walker of Smithville, TN, Brenda Bratcher of Murfreesboro, TN, Martha (George) Cunningham of Smithville, TN, Trudie (Greg) Matthews of Smithville, TN & Teresa (Micah) Murphy of Smithville, TN. 3 Sons, Robert Cox, Joe (Tammy) Cox & Chris Cox all of Smithville, TN. Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren & Great Great Grandchildren. 1 Brother, Dewey (Peggy) Swindell of Sparta, TN.

Timothy Wayne Turner age 52 of Smithville, passed away Monday morning, December 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 25, 1968 to his parents, Kathy Bates Turner Edge and the late Jerry Wayne Turner. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by step-mother, Julia Turner Walker; 1 brother, Shannon Turner; 1 sister, Tonya Turner; grandparents, Harlon and Maudie Bates and Oscar and Ella Mae Turner. He was a Baptist and was disabled. Survivors include his wife, Pamela G. Turner of Smithville; 4 children, Corey (Alisha) Turner of Sparta; Sherry (Joe) Daniels of Smithville; Sabrina (Billy) Parker of Sparta; Sonya (Tojo) Cantrell of Smithville; mother and step-father, Kathy Bates and Ernest H. Edge of Smithville; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Samuel, Gavin and Tobias Turner; Aleisha Skinner, Joe Driver, Jacob and Jordan Parker, Blake and T.J. Mitchell and Aleaha Miller; great-grandchildren, Elliot and Camden Bunch, Ezekiel Skinner, and Piper Driver; brother, Ernest Patrick (Suzanne) Edge of Smithville; step-sisters, Jennifer (Jeff) Keaton of Smithville and Penny Edge; mother-in-law, Rose Knowles of Smithville. Funeral services will be conducted 1 PM Wednesday December 30, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial will follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday 10:AM until the time of the service at 1 PM. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing guidelines, we ask for the health and safety of everyone that you please exercise social distancing and wear a mask. The pews in the chapel are marked off to respect these guidelines and allow 100-125 for the service. Dorothy Coble Tittsworth

Dorothy Coble Tittsworth age 89 passed away Thursday morning December 24, 2020 at the Webb House in Smithville. She was born December 30, 1930 to her parents, the late Hartie Lee and Georgia Garner Coble. She worked for over 40 years at TVA and was a member of the Smithville Church of Christ and a member in the Church of Christ for over 80 years. Ms. Tittsworth was a member of the Order of Eastern Star where she was Grand Matron, Master Toastmaster International, Study Club, she started the Red Hat Society in DeKalb County, and was very involved with the Red Cross blood drives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Tittsworth, Sr.; Siblings: Frances Harris, Merry Noel, H.L. Coble and Alice Coble. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Dan Gulley officiating and burial to follow in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Sunday 12 PM until the time of the service at 3 PM. Due to Covid-19, the Family asked that if you attend the visitation or funeral service to please wear a mask and please exercise social distancing. Sadie Magdalene Waggoner age 75 of Smithville passed away Thursday morning December 24, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 20, 1945 in Elizabethton, TN. She was a shirt factory worker and affiliated with the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; son: Cecil Harvey Waggoner, Jr.; 3 Sisters and 2 Brothers. Funeral service for Ms. Waggoner will be held Monday 2 PM at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Terry Arnold officiating and burial to follow in the Adcock Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Monday 12 PM until the time of the service at 2 PM. Survivors include her husband Cecil Waggoner of Smithville; daughter, Janie (Terry) Pedigo of Smithville; Grandchildren: Beth (JR) Tripp of Alexandria, Terra (Johnathon) Armour, Terry L. Pedigo, Jr., and Brian Waggoner all of Smithville; Great Grandchildren: Faith Tripp, Will Tripp, Victor Locklear, Hunter Locklear and Tom Locklear; Brother: Luther Guess; Nephew: Todd Guess.
