Noel Lee Redmon age 58 of Smithville, passed away suddenly Friday evening, January 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born August 7, 1959 to his parents the late Everett Redmon and Agatha Fay Cantrell Redmon Young. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Cleta (Mike) Murphy and Annie Rhea Johnson. Noel was self-employed in the lawn care business and a faithful member of New Life United Pentecostal Church. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sabra Patrick Redmon of Smithville; daughter, Amy (Steven) Ferrell of Smithville; 4 grandchildren, Shaun and Linda West, Colton and Ellabeth Ferrell; mother and step-father, Agatha and Eddie Young of Smithville; 3 brothers, Ronnie (Judy) Redmon of Dowelltown, Tommy Redmon of Smithville and Eddie Young, Jr. of Cookeville; 2 sisters, Angela (Rick) Knowles of Smithville and Sherry (Alonzo) Harris of Virginia; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. Funeral services celebrating Noel’s life will be held 1PM Monday, January 15, 2018 at New Life United Pentecostal Church with Bro. Dwayne Cornelius officiating and Trista Ashburn delivering the eulogy. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday 1 PM until 5 PM at the funeral home and Monday 10 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
