Billye Ann Baker, age 77 of Liberty, TN passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at her residence. She was a member of the Baptist faith, a homemaker, and loved arts and crafts.
Funeral services for Mrs. Baker will be held on Saturday, August, 13, 2022 @ 2pm with internment to follow at Town Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 3-8pm and on Saturday from 9am until the service at 2pm.
Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Rubye Ferrell Adcock; son, Joseph Scott Barnes; brother-in-law, Billy Baker; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Howe, Mary Murphy, and Shirley Ann Gibbs.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Baker of Liberty; son, Johnny Wayne (Abbie) Barnes of Smithville; grandson, Colby Barnes of Smithville; sister, Virginia (Edward) Smotherman of Chrisitana; nephews, Ricky Paul (Suzie) Smotherman of Murfreesboro and Brian Lee (Peggy) Smotherman of Rockvale; great nephew, Carson Lee Smotherman; daughter-in-law, Terrie (David) Kilgore of Smithville; brother-in-law, Jimmy (Faye) Baker; sisters-in-law, Sue Mitchell and Dorothy Minnear.
