Over the next few days, WJLE will be presenting “special moments” from previous years of the Smithville Fiddlers’ Jamboree and Crafts Festival.
In 2019, Rocky Top Revue of Franklin repeated as the Square Dancing Champion at the 48th annual Jamboree. They came into the competition as the defending champs from 2018.
This award winning group beat out two other square dancing teams in the 2019 finals including Step Aside of Waverly, who took second place and Harpeth River of Franklin, who finished in third place.

Rocky Top Revue also repeated as champs in 2015 and 2016 but was not eligible to compete in 2017 as per rules of the Fiddlers Jamboree (no contestant can win more than two years in a row).
