The DeKalb County Tigers topped the Warren County Pioneers 77 to 72 in overtime Friday night at home to keep their perfect season record intact while the Lady Tigers suffered their first loss, falling 54 to 38.
The DCHS basketball teams won on the road at F.C. Boyd Christian Tuesday night. The Lady Tigers took their game winning 63 to 32 and the Tigers defeated the Broncos 75 to 60.
In the girls game, DC led 19 to 2 after the first period, 39 to 9 at halftime, and 49 to 19 after the third period before winning 63 to 32.

The DeKalb County High School Tigers and Lady Tigers kicked off the 2014-15 basketball season with the annual Hall of Fame Classic Friday and Saturday in Smithville. Both teams were undefeated during the two day event.
