The DeKalb County Tigers knocked off the Upperman Bees 2 to 1 in Smithville Monday.
DC scored one run in the fourth and one run in the sixth inning. Upperman scored one run in the first inning.
Cody Puckett, the winning pitcher, went six and two thirds innings and gave up one run on three hits. He struck out fourteen and walked three. Stephen Howell came in for a third of an inning and struck out one and walked one.
