The DeKalb County Tigerettes swept both games of a double header with Red Boiling Springs in Smithville Wednesday, winning each game by identical scores of 9 to 1.
In the first game, the Tigerettes scored one run in the first inning, five runs in the second inning, two runs in the fourth inning, and one run in the fifth inning.
Red Boiling Springs scored one run in the first inning.
Morgan Page, the winning pitcher, went five innings and gave up one run on three hits. She struck out six and walked four.
