The DeKalb Middle School golf teams won their matches with Coffee County and Westwood, Tuesday at RiverWatch.
The Lady Saints shot a 112 to defeat Coffee County by 11 strokes. Westwood had only one girl on their team and did not qualify as a team. Mallory Sullivan shot a 52 for the Lady Saints, while Kalli Mitchell shot a 60. Keri Sanders scored a 61, but her score did not count on the final team tally.
The Saints, meanwhile, shot a 225, which was 25 strokes better thans Westwood's 250, and 27 strokes ahead of Coffee County's 252.
Hayden Ervin shot a 49 to lead the Saints, followed by Ian Johnson with a 54, Alex Hall with a 56, and Alex Hays with a 66.
The DMS golf teams are scheduled to play Cumberland County, Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
