The DeKalb County 13 & 14 year old All Stars defeated Smith County 4 to 1 in the first game of the District Tournament at Smith County Monday night.
Steven Page was the winning pitcher. He gave up six hits, had eight strikeouts, and walked two.

DeKalb County will rematch with Smith County Tuesday night (tonight) at 6:00 p.m. If DeKalb wins, the team will advance to the state tournament in South Holston. If the local All-Stars lose Tuesday night, a third and deciding game will be played Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m.
