Bees Come From Behind to Defeat Tigers 3-2

Leading 2 to 1 going into the seventh inning Thursday, the DeKalb County Tigers lost the lead and the game giving up two unearned runs on three errors at Upperman and for the second day in a row, the Bees stung the Tigers, this time winning 3-2.

DeKalb County scored one run in the second inning and one run in the sixth inning. Upperman scored one run in the sixth inning and two runs in the seventh inning.

Hunter Graham, the losing pitcher, gave up three runs, one earned, on eight hits through six and two thirds innings. He struck out ten and walked five.

The Tigers are scheduled to compete in the Macon County Play Day at LaFayette today (Friday) against Macon County at 10:00 a.m. and against Jackson County at 12:30 p.m.

On Saturday, the Tigers are to play in the Dr. Pepper Classic in McMinnville against the Greenwood, Indiana Woodsmen at 10:30 a.m. and against the Community Vikings at 12:30 p.m.
