The All-District 7-AA teams were announced on Tuesday, at the annual year-end coaches' meeting in Cookeville.
Upperman's LaShay Davis and Livingston Academy's Chase Dunn were named the District's Most Valuable Player's for the 2008-09 season. Both seniors, Davis is a Western Kentucky signee, while Dunn will play college basketball next season at Tennessee Tech.
Meanwhile, Livingston Academy's Lesley Smith and Upperman's Dana McWilliams each shared the girls' District 7-AA Coach of the Year honor, while Bobby McWilliams of Upperman was named the boys' District Coach of the Year.
