74 year old Lee B. (L.B.) Mullican of McMinnville, died Monday at his residence. He was born September 06, 1939 in Centertown, TN, was a truck driver, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a member of the Church of Christ at Hwy. 56 North. Mr. Mullican was preceded in death by parents Cloy “Trader” and Freda Overall Griffith Mullican and brothers Dwyane Mullican and Sammy Mullican.
Survivors include his wife Dorothy Jean Madewell Mullican, children Donna Lee (Barry) Wanamaker, Ronald Lee Mullican and Jimmy Matthews, sister Geneva Joyce Mullican, brother Gary Edmond Mullican, sister-in-law Wanda Thomas Mullican, grandchildren Jacob Wanamaker, Penny Wanamaker, and Drew (Tiffany) Mullican, and great grandchildren Helena Mullican, Treyton Mullican, and Hayden Mullican. Many nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 10, 2014 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Wayne Cantrell and Bro. Bobby Mayfield will officiate. Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery at Hills Creek. Military grave rites will be administered by American Legion Post 173 and V.F.W. Post 5064. The Mullican Family will receive friends Tuesday from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M., Wednesday from 10 A.M. until 9 P.M., and again Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
