102 year old Louise Hedge of Smithville and a native of Hickman County died Friday at NHC Healthcare in Smithville. She was a member of the Fairfield Baptist Church and a homemaker. A graveside service for Ms. Hedge will be Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakmont Cemetery in Centerville, TN. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery for the service on Sunday. Her Grandson David Hedge will officiate. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert Dickson and Anna Taylor Hickman Petty; two husbands, Roy Allen Hedge and David Clay Hedge; two sons, Paul and Amos Hedge, and three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by three grandchildren, Cheryl and Chris Vance, Angela and Todd Miller and David and Trina Hedge, all of Smithville. Four Great-Grandchildren, Kelsey and Macy Hedge, Carly and Connor Vance; two Daughters-in-law, Frances Hedge of Smithville and Patty Hedge of Hohenwald. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Smithville Church of Christ Playground fund, in memory of Ms. Louise. DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville is in charge of the arrangements.
