60 year old Patricia P. Taylor of Smithville died Monday at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a Baptist, a homemaker, and a former employee of Hardee's in Smithville. The funeral will be Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Mike Murphy will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Paul and Naomi Magnum Taylor Blackwell. Survivors include four sisters, Shirley Burlison of Mount Juliet, Linda Maupin of Hendersonville, Shelia Clark of Texas, and Nancy Taylor of White House. Five brothers, James Taylor of Oklahoma, William Taylor of Columbia, Roy Lee Taylor of Smithville, Donald Taylor of California, and Johnny Clifton Taylor of Texas. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Love-Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9;00 p.m. and Thursday from noon until the service at 3:00 p.m.
