Lost: Small white toy poodle, weighs about five pounds, and answers to the name "Toby". Lost or stolen. Went missing Friday, January 4 around 12:30 p.m. in the Dibrell area on Foster Road. Please return the dog. No questions asked. The dog belongs to a little 9 year old girl whose heart is broken. She has been crying and begging God to bring the dog back.
